قصة عجيبة شغلت هواة التصوير من حول العالم, وهي تلك اللحظة في عام 2009 عندما توفيت فيه سيدة أمريكية تدعى “فيفان ماير Vivian Maier”, والتي كانت تعيش وحيدة ولم يكن لديها أي أحد يشاركها أوقات حياتها من زوج ولا حتى أصدقاء, المفاجأة هي عندما عثر أحد هواة التصوير ما بين أشيائها التي عرضت للبيع في أحد المزادات المحلية للمواد المستعملة على الكثير من صناديق الأفلام غير المحمضة والصور التي ألتقطها على طول 40 عاما من حياتها لما يزيد عن 100 ألف صورة لم يعلم أحد عنها شيئا.. هذا ما جذب الباحثين لإعادة تظهير كامل صورها وتصنيفها كأرشيف صور متاح للجميع يحكي حقبة من التاريخ ويجري الآن إعداد فيلم وثائقي عن هذا الإكتشاف المذهل وفيما يلي الفيديو الإعلاني للوثائقي .

What started as a blog to show her work quickly became a viral sensation in the photography world. Photos destined for the trash heap now line gallery exhibitions, a forthcoming book, and this documentary film.
